Inspired by the hearty, nourishing cuisine of the bistros of Paris and the bouchons of Lyons, Karina makes chicken in red wine vinegar sauce served with egg noodles and sautéed greens, leek and butternut squash galette, mesclun salad dressed with the simplest vinaigrette, and mousse au chocolat with salted caramel. Course fee includes choice of wine or non-alcoholic beverage. Bon appétit!
