Beginning with a glass of Prosecco and a plate of tomato-basil crostini, we will then move on to a green bean, orange, and almond salad with balsamic-orange dressing; and a main dish of roasted salmon with artichoke caponata and a side of lemon-browned butter pasta. Dessert will be strawberry panna cotta with strawberry compote. Course fee includes a choice of wine or non-alcoholic beverage.
