Chef Jesse gets jazzy with the vibrant flavors of New Orleans cuisine as he prepare a menu to celebrate Mardi Gras. Enjoy ham-stuffed shrimp with Creole butter sauce, gumbo z'herbes and sausage, and cheddar spoon bread. Let the good times roll!
