Fermentation is an ancient practice used to preserve foods, create new flavors, and increase nutritional value. Come learn about the many benefits of fermented foods and how they influence our health. We'll make sauerkraut together and you'll take home your own jar to ferment and eat! You'll also get to sample water kefir, a fizzy beverage that is fast and simple to make at home. Join the fun as we experience fermentation first-hand!
Notes:
Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes and colognes to cooking classes. Thank you!
