Pasta Party

Cindy McKinney pairs a variety of pastas from the shelves of the Co-op with classic sauces. The menu includes creamy marsala sauce with chicken and mushrooms; pepperonata--Italian sausages, onions, and tri-colored peppers simmered in wine and tomato sauce; one-hour meat sauce (that tastes like it takes all day); red pepper pesto cream sauce; and Asian black pepper stir-fry noodles with tofu and spinach.
