Emphasizing the freshest ingredients and impeccable technique, Robert shows how you can create dazzling seafood dishes in your own kitchen. We'll enjoy some of Fong's signature dishes including Singapore chili crab; sizzling oysters with five spice duck sauce; and spicy fish, shrimp, and clam soup.
