Robert collaborates with guest chef Usanee Klimo of Fairhaven's Maikham Restaurant to present Southeast Asian dishes guaranteed to dazzle your taste buds. Enjoy chicken Panang red curry with kaffir limes and Thai basil; tom kha soup with mushrooms, galangal, lemongrass, and chilis; Lao mooping, a spicy Laotian grilled pork dish served with sticky rice; and fish/shrimp cakes with long beans and lime leaves.
