How we feel affects every aspect of our life--from our relationships, our motivation level, how we perform at work, and beyond. Join instructor Monique Stefens to explore the science of happiness, and learn ways to maximize your energy, engagement, and overall happiness. Topics include neuroscience, philosophy, relationships, environments, and your accomplishments.

Participants registered for in-person CCE classes must attest their COVID-19 vaccination status with our attestation form prior to taking classes. Monique offers interactive, experiential programs to foster insight, laughter and learning. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and her Master's degree in Adult & Higher Education, both at WWU. She is a certified coach through Conscious Leadership Group, a trained facilitator through Excellence Northwest, a relationship coach, and a keynote speaker.
