Why buy store-bought sauces such as marinara when you can make your own? In this class you won't just make the sauces, you'll learn how to ensure the sauce is shelf-stable with a water bath canning method, how to test pH of your sauce, and how to adjust it to ensure a long-lasting canned product. We'll learn these skills while making marinara sauce and applesauce.
