Learn to craft your own chocolate bars and hand-rolled, European-style truffles for the holiday season with local chocolatier Alina Seredian. Using organic chocolate and simple ingredients, you'll discover techniques for making decadent treats at home. Alina has spent six years immersed in chocolate making and owns Charmed Chocolat. Leave class with recipes and handmade chocolates. Demonstration.
