Chef Karina Davidson will share her love of classic Italian cuisine as you taste your way through a comforting meal perfect for cold winter nights. Learn to make ricotta tomato bruschetta with fried sage, antipasto salad with red wine vinaigrette, and sausage fennel marinara over crispy polenta triangles garnished with capers and olives. Karina will finish the evening with citrus olive oil cake with raspberry sauce. Demonstration.
