Whether you are striving to find the balance between remote and onsite work or ways to improve performance while supporting morale, this workshop is for you. Many leaders fall into reprimanding or offering reasons for changes that employees don't buy. Learn how to use a framework of mutual power, from everyone's internal responses to accountability and ownership. This invites everyone from front line employees to leaders to step into their power, using a method of inquiry instead of control. Bring a current concern or topic, and be prepared to role play and have fun, as we learn ways to navigate challenges and changes without blame.
