Ready to master gluten-free baking? Join Chef Michele to learn the secrets of moist and delicious gluten-free treats! In this class, you'll discover how to make your own gluten-free flours and whip up tasty sugar cookies, snack cakes, and rolls. With the right ingredients and techniques, gluten-free baking is a breeze! You'll receive a class prep packet, recipes, and a video recording of the class. The class price is for two people attending from one kitchen; only one person is required to register and pay for the class.
