There are over 300 health conditions that have been associated with reactions to gluten, including Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer's, liver disease, heart disease, diabetes, irritable bowel diseases, chronic eczema, and more. Join Functional Medicine Nutritionist Alissa Segersten as she shares recipes and information to help you embark on a gluten-free diet. We will make crispy chicken fingers, gluten-free cinnamon rolls, breakfast hash, and peanut butter banana bars. Demonstration.
