The Art of Homemade Pasta (virtual classroom)

Experience the magic of fresh handmade pasta with Chef Michele! No machine needed--just your hands and a love for Italian cuisine. You'll master the art of homemade tagliatelle and pair it with a rich marinara sauce. Compliment your dish with a homemade Caesar salad. Plus, learn to make garganelli and receive an effortless recipe for cacio e pepe for those nights when you want to quick meal. Join us for a fun, flavorful cooking adventure! You'll receive a class prep packet, recipes, and a video recording of the class. The class price is for two people attending from one kitchen; only one person is required to register and pay for the class.

We email virtual classroom access two business days before classes begin; please register early to ensure you receive this information. If you have not received virtual classroom access the day before your class, please check your inbox's spam and deleted folders. It is the responsibility of participants to check their email inbox for virtual access information prior to class and, if it has not been received, to contact our office during business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.) before class starts at comed@whatcom.edu or (360) 383-3200.
