Join us to learn the signs of burnout and find ways to center yourself so you can make clear assessments and decisions from a place of power. Whether you're navigating problems as a leader or on the front lines, this workshop can help reduce, and better navigate, stress to make work and life more enjoyable. Instructor Monique Stefens will guide class through proven tools used by Navy Seals and hostage negotiators, playfully pointing out why we sometimes choose drama and how rewarding it is to be able to build calm and feel empowered.
