Wrap your own shrimp, pork, and water chestnut wontons, then drop them into a fragrant Chinese chicken noodle soup with red dates, ginger, black mushrooms, and winter squash. Watch Chef Robert Fong roast his pork char siu glazed with red bean curd, hoisin, and sesame oil, and learn his go-to tips for stir-frying vegetables with chili flakes, garlic, and oyster sauce. A longtime Co-op instructor and former Bellingham restaurateur, Chef Robert brings decades of technique to every class. Hands-on.

Hands-on. All cooking classes provide tastings of dishes prepared in class.
Parking is available behind the Connections classroom. When pulling in from E. Holly St., drive down the alley between the classroom and the Shell gas station; you will see the parking lot on the left. If it is full, you can park at Hammerhead Coffee after 3 p.m.
