Prepare a classic French dinner with Chef Karina Davidson, just back from a month in Paris. She'll start with poached asparagus dressed in vinaigrette moutarde et oeufs durs, move to a hearty boeuf bourguignon served over silky purée de pomme de terre, and finish with pavlova--light meringue layered with raspberry sauce and crème Chantilly. Karina has spent nearly 50 years making French cuisine accessible, and recently tested this menu on her Parisian amies. Bon appétit! Demonstration.

Demonstration. All cooking classes provide tastings of dishes prepared in class.
Parking is available behind the Connections classroom. When pulling in from E. Holly St., drive down the alley between the classroom and the Shell gas station; you will see the parking lot on the left. If it is full, you can park at Hammerhead Coffee after 3 p.m.
