Join instructor Chris Byrd for an introduction to plant identification, ecology, Coast Salish and European food plants, and modern wild foraging practices in the coastal Pacific Northwest. We will also discuss native forests, wetland plants, and non-native species found in disturbed habitats. Class will meet by the lower parking lot area at Fairhaven Park. Bring a water bottle.
