Chef Michele will show you how to turn her brioche dough recipe into not one, but two distinct types of rolls--a savory gruyere stuffed roll and her delicious cinnamon rolls with a Mascarpone frosting. You will receive class recipes (plus bonus recipes for savory brioche pizza and brioche breakfast pizza), pre-class videos, and the class replay video. Class price is for two people; only one person is required to register and pay for the class.
