Looking for a fun, joyful way to move your body? Join instructor Dana Carr for a dance party at the end of your work day! She'll bring the good music and simple moves, a little bit of structure and a whole lot of inspiration. Together you'll find wonderful ways to feel good and have fun moving to the music! Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Winter class does not meet February 18.
