Join instructor Nick Engelfried to learn about the frogs, salamanders, and other amphibians that make Western Washington their home. Fall rains create ideal conditions for these moisture-loving animals, and we'll explore prime amphibian habitat while discussing characteristics of common species. Finding live amphibians can't be guaranteed; however, we'll do our best! Bring a notebook and come prepared for any weather. Class will meet at Lookout Mountain Preserve; please park in the main trailhead parking area.

Notes:

Bring a notebook, and come ready to walk in any weather. Class will meet at Lookout Mountain Preserve; carpooling encouraged.
